Q1. What is License key. How do I get one?

Ans: License key is required to use our software permanently in your system and to enable all the restrictions in the trial version of the software.
Once your purchase our software we will send you the license key within minutes.

Q2. I want to format my system and install your software fresh, How do I activate your sofware once again?

Ans: The license purchased from us can be used in your system permanently. You can uninstall and reinstall our software and use the license key purchased to register in the system.

Q3. My OS crashes and I have to reinstall the software once again . How do I register the software ?

Ans: Once you reinstall your OS , you can download our software from our website and install once again and use the license key purchased to register the software in your system.

Q4. Do you give refunds. What is your refund policy ?

Ans: Yes we give 100% refund for our softwares.

Q5. What are the payments you accept to purchase your software ?

Q6. How safe is using my credit card to purchase your software ?

Q7. I am from India , I get error if I purchase through paypal?

Q8. I have issues in using your license key, how can you help me?

Ans:We can help you through phone, chat or email. If still the problem is not resolved, we can do remote configuration and resolve the issue.


Email/Lead Extractor FAQs

Q1. What is the restriction you have in the trial version of ExtractorPro ?

Ans: In ExtractorPro trial version you cannot save or export any records. Except this all other features are enabled.

Q2. I am getting many irrelevent email/leads getting extracted. How to ignore these email/leads getting extracted ?

Ans: If you get any irrelevent email/leads getting extracted, Add the source of email/leads to URL Exclusion String (Settings->URL Exclusion String) list. Stop and restart the search process you can get more accurate targeted email/leads.


Bulk/Mass email FAQs

Q1. What is the restriction you have in the trial version of MailBlaster ?

Ans: In MailBlaster trial version you can send a maximum of 50 emails. Except this all other features are enabled.

Q2. Can I use MailBlaster with free email services like gmail, yahoo etc ?

Ans: Yes you can use free email services like gmail, yahoo etc.
